Two years ago, Tony Taylor browsed the lineup for Los Angeles film festival Outfest with the thought that Little Rock could one day host a similar event showcasing diversity and quality in LGBT films. But it wasn’t until last year, when he read up on the lineup again, that Taylor decided to put the idea into action.
